This is my second month of Scald weight loss pills already I've lost about 15 pounds at beginning of second month !!! I haven't been a gym person but hope to however I have cut most sugar out except dark chocolate and eat fruit yogurt as sugar ...also most carbs cut like rice processed foods chips crackers packaged stuff with artificial ingredients and high sodium I'm seeing a bariatric specialist possibly get gastric sleeve but this is his recommendation and cut all soda juice and get weights bands etc before trying more gym or more impact exercises which hard on a lot of weight I'm over 250 but plan to lose about 150 lbs ...it's really worth trying this product and be careful about amount of other products used with this with caffeine I got dizzy a couple times adding caffeinated drinks and pills !!! Use one if you can then when not drinking caffeine try one or two pills!!!
